WorldZelenskyy says Russia ‘cannot wage war without reinforcements from North Korea’

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia is unable to wage war without reinforcements from North Korea. In his nightly video address on Monday, he said Moscow is preparing to deploy an additional North Korean contingent on Russian territory. The remarks linked Russia’s ability to continue fighting directly to further North Korean military support. Zelenskyy presented the planned deployment as an additional contingent rather than an isolated movement of personnel. His comments came in a wartime address focused on Moscow’s preparations.
