PoliticsThe 2010 Election Old Newscast: Brown vs Cameron vs Clegg

This episode revisits what it describes as the closest British general election of a generation. The contest marked the first national test for three party leaders, after speculation had built over when Labour Prime Minister Gordon Brown would call the vote. Brown eventually faced Conservative leader David Cameron and Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg. The discussion features Nick Robinson, who was the BBC’s political editor at the time, alongside Jo Coburn, who was presenting Daily Politics.
