WorldAnalysis: Mecca agreement is ‘just ink on paper’

Security policy and defence analyst Wolfgang Pusztai says the defence agreement between Turkiye, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan is currently “just ink on paper”. He points to the absence of Pakistani or Turkish troops in Saudi Arabia after recent Houthi attacks. He also notes that Turkiye did not react to Iranian missile strikes on Gulf states, including Saudi Arabia.
