WorldRussian strikes kill four as Kyiv hits oil refinery

Russian attacks on Kyiv and nearby areas early Saturday killed at least four people, including a child. Moscow has been taking advantage of Ukraine’s weakened air defences to conduct repeated waves of drone and missile strikes. Kyiv, meanwhile, struck another oil refinery in Russia. The attack forms part of an almost daily campaign against Russian oil facilities, intended to increase pressure on Moscow’s fuel supplies.
