A garden under development at Enabling Village is intended to open up more employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Possible roles include caring for plants, guiding visitors and conducting learning journeys. Organisers hope the approach can eventually be adopted outside the village. Singapore is working toward having two in five working-age people with disabilities employed by 2030.
