> People in Buenos Aires have protested President Javier Milei’s austerity measures. Catholic faithful, trade unions and social movements used the annual Saint Cajetan pilgrimage to express frustration with Argentina’s economic situation. Pilgrims waited for hours to reach the sanctuary, praying for work, bread and dignity. Labour unions and social groups marched to the presidential palace, calling for jobs and fair wages.
