> Democratic Congressman Greg Landsman of Ohio discussed the Senate’s recent passage of Lindsey Graham’s Russia sanctions bill. The measure cleared the chamber by a strong bipartisan vote of 86 to 11. It would give the president authority to impose tariffs on countries that buy Russian oil. The bill now heads to the House, where Landsman was asked whether he supports it and whether he expects most Democrats to back the measure.
