> Spain has threatened to respond in kind after Italy introduced temporary border controls following a surge of migrants arriving in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta from Morocco. The dispute is unfolding as forensic teams work to identify dozens who died trying to swim around the border fence into Ceuta. Spanish authorities say police have dismantled one of the largest criminal smuggling networks operating across the Mediterranean. More than 1,300 migrants remain in overcrowded accommodation.
