Society‘Surreal & absurd’: Olympian charged over Reflecting Pool speaks out

A judge formally dismissed the Justice Department’s case against former Olympian David Hearn on Thursday. Hearn had been accused of feloniously vandalizing the Reflecting Pool earlier this summer. In his first interview since prosecutors dropped the charges, Hearn and his attorney, Norm Eisen, described the ordeal to CNN’s Kaitlan Collins. Hearn said the experience was not the America he knows.
