CultureAmanda Knox defends Edinburgh comedy show as tribute to murdered former roommate

Amanda Knox is presenting her comedy show “Cartwheel” at the Edinburgh festival. The American student was convicted of murdering her British roommate Meredith Kercher and was later acquitted. The show begins Friday amid criticism, including objections from Kercher’s sister. Knox defends the performance as an honoring of her former roommate, who was murdered.
