> Yemen’s Houthis killed at least 58 government forces and wounded dozens in attacks on military camps. The violence marked one of the deadliest days in the country’s civil war since 2022. The Houthis said the strikes targeted government positions in response to what they called a Saudi-backed military buildup. James Dorsey of the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies offered analysis of the developments.
