> Activity at Guatemala’s Fuego volcano declined gradually on Wednesday, enabling some residents who had been evacuated to go back home. Authorities cautioned that heavy rain could still set off dangerous volcanic mudflows. The return comes as the immediate volcanic activity weakens, though officials continue to warn of hazards linked to rainfall.
