> Taiwan’s annual Han Kuang Exercise is taking place over the next 10 days. The country is working to prepare its military, vital industries, infrastructure and population for war or disaster. Kerby Davis, a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, shared his views on Taiwan’s defence capabilities and cross-Strait tensions.
