> Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has rejected the direction of a recent agreement announced by US President Donald Trump on disarming Hamas. In a video shared on social media, Netanyahu said Israeli forces would remain in their current positions in the Gaza Strip until Hamas is completely disarmed. His remarks appear to conflict with provisions of an October ceasefire agreement. The statement raises questions about how the deal could proceed and what it may mean for the next stage of the conflict.
