Opposition Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal has accused India’s government of imposing its E20 fuel policy. Police stopped him while he was marching toward Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s residence. Kejriwal had intended to deliver an online petition opposing the policy, bearing more than 200,000 signatures, to Modi. The confrontation came as the party pressed its objection to the ethanol-blending measure in New Delhi.
