> European Union ministers have voiced solidarity with Spain after emergency talks prompted by deadly migrant crossings into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta last week. Madrid has called on fellow member states to show stronger support. Spain says it stood by Europe during earlier migration and refugee crises and now expects that backing in return. The tragedy has also laid bare deep divisions within the bloc over how to respond to migration.
