WorldKrakow shooting suspect was ‘fascinated by far right’

Poland’s prime minister called Saturday afternoon’s deadly shooting in central Krakow an “act of terrorism.” Authorities said the suspected gunman was fascinated by far-right ideology and held “very radical” and “ultra-nationalistic” views. He fired an automatic weapon in the city’s main square, killing several people and injuring others. Police shot and wounded him, and he was hospitalized.
