> As Ukraine prepares for another round of talks with Russia and the United States next week, Moscow launched a massive overnight strike. At least five people were injured in Kyiv; Russian missiles damaged residential and commercial buildings, forced a bridge over the Dnipro River to close, and caused new power and water outages.
