EconomyDTCC on tokenization, collateral mobility and a multichain future

Following the launch of DTCC’s tokenization service, managing director Tom Pickett said it went live on Canton and Hyperledger Besu, with Stellar and Arc planned for next year. The tokens represent entitlements backed by DTC, not derivatives. A working group includes roughly 150 firms, and DTCC’s next focus is collateral mobility.
