EconomyFrench bank says cyberattack enabled about €100 million in fraudulent transfers

French regional bank Credit Mutuel Arkea said Wednesday that a cyberattack enabled fraudulent transactions worth about €100 million ($112 million). The attack has been contained, it said. Hackers accessed the bank’s account to transfer funds to other banks; customer accounts were not affected and clients suffered no losses.
