Maria Teresa Kumar, president and CEO of Voto Latino, says some Rio Grande Valley Latino voters who backed President Trump over the economy and border security are moving back toward Democrats amid high costs, tariffs and immigration enforcement. She says businesses are hurt when Border Patrol and ICE pick up workers and by uncertainty over tariff costs. Kumar says Latino voters in Florida are also reconsidering their support for the administration.
