> Toronto police Chief Myron Demkiw says investigators did not initially know that a man who arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound on Thursday was wanted in connection with a violent home invasion. Police later learned he was allegedly one of three suspects; four members of the same family were hospitalized after the break-in.
