> Civilians in Ukraine’s southeastern Kherson region prepared Sunday for a localized ceasefire to end. It has been the most significant truce between Kyiv and Moscow since Russia’s full-scale invasion began nearly five years ago. A theater in Kherson held a concert, with staff saying performances would continue despite warnings of intensified Russian attacks.
