> A Michigan Democrat endorsed the Republican candidate in the state’s closely watched US Senate race, escalating a feud with her party’s candidate, Abdul El-Sayed, days before the vote. Haley Stevens, a congresswoman who lost the Democratic nomination to El-Sayed, appeared with Republican Mike Rogers on Sunday and later said in a video posted on X, “I don't belong in Abdul's campaign.”
