> Prime Minister Mark Carney is scheduled to announce measures to strengthen Canada’s digital sovereignty in AI in Montreal at noon ET Thursday. The announcement comes during Canada’s two-day summit with EU leaders to deepen ties in trade, technology, energy and security. Carney will also take part in a business-leader roundtable with European Council President António Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
