> Residents of Taiz, Yemen’s third-largest city, are struggling to find food and fuel after the Houthis imposed a siege earlier this month and cut supply routes serving more than 600,000 people. Hospitals warn they may have to suspend services. The UN says 42 facilities lack fuel needed for incubators, oxygen supplies and ambulances, while aid agencies report a worsening emergency and rising fuel prices.
