WorldSpain train crash caused by mix of technical and human error, officials say

Officials say at least 68 people died and more than 50 were injured when two high-speed trains collided in Spain. It is the second fatal crash on the same rail line in less than a year. Investigators believe a combination of technical and human error caused the collision, and a hotline has been set up to help victims’ families.
