TechAnthropic Files for IPO, Here’s What We Know

Anthropic PBC filed for an IPO, warning that its technology carries existential risks. The move brings the company, which primarily develops advanced AI models, closer to becoming the first of its kind to go public. A filing showed it expects to trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker ANT; Anthropic had confidentially filed for a listing in June.
