> Brazilians vote on Sunday in a presidential run-off between incumbent Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and right-wing Senator Flávio Bolsonaro. Bolsonaro narrowly led Lula in the 4 October first round but fell short of the majority needed to win, while polls before the run-off showed the candidates neck and neck.
