A Vancouver woman says a phone ordered through Rogers never arrived, despite tracking marking it delivered. After unsuccessful efforts to get answers from Rogers and FedEx, she sought help from Consumer Matters. She says her building concierge did not receive it and that a signature later obtained with police help was not hers. FedEx did not respond to a comment request.
