> Donald Trump claimed Thursday that Elon Musk had restored Ukraine’s access to Starshield, a military-grade version of Starlink. Ukrainian officials said restrictions remain and are complicating Kyiv’s war effort. A person familiar with the matter said Trump recently asked Musk by phone to restore Ukraine’s full access.
