> Authorities say a 3-year-old boy accidentally shot himself and died outside a Burger King in Bartow, Florida, on Thursday evening. Investigators say his father stopped after his credit card was declined and set down a loaded handgun while handling payment; the unrestrained child got hold of it. Prosecutors will decide whether to bring charges against the father.
