> Libya’s eastern parliament has withdrawn its objection to a deal with Türkiye demarcating Mediterranean boundaries. Signed seven years ago by the internationally recognised Government of National Unity, its ratification has revived a dispute over exploration in a potentially gas-rich area. Greece, Cyprus and Egypt objected, and Athens referred the issue to the UN Security Council.
