SocietyP.E.I. farmer claims victory after settling lawsuit with CRA

Farmer Alex Docherty has settled his lawsuit against the Canada Revenue Agency. He alleged the federal agency broke the law by sharing his tax records with a Crown prosecutor who charged him in connection with a 2016 fish kill.
