The federal government says it will invest up to $254 million to upgrade Port Saint John, New Brunswick’s largest ocean port. Transport Minister Steven MacKinnon and Premier Susan Holt announced that the money will fund infrastructure improvements, including a cargo inspection facility for border services, expanded railway tracks and dredging.
