> US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Mumbai on Oct. 20 for his second trip to India this year and is scheduled to visit Jamnagar, with trade and energy expected to top his agenda. A trade deal has stalled since the two countries reached a framework in February to reduce US levies on Indian goods.
