> French President Emmanuel Macron has arrived in Bahrain during a three-day Gulf tour and is due to meet King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. With the Iran war threatening regional security and disrupting energy exports, Macron hopes to strengthen defence ties and secure oil and gas supplies. He has visited Kuwait and the UAE and is due in Qatar later Tuesday.
