EconomySingapore wages council recommends 6% to 8% raises for lower-wage workers

Singapore’s National Wages Council advises a 6% to 8% pay rise for lower-wage workers, or S$120 to S$170, whichever is higher. It urges companies that have performed well to share gains through raises and bonuses, while taking employers’ business performance and prospects into account.
