Two Montreal police officers have been suspended over allegations of degrading behaviour, including an accusation that one urinated on an unhoused person. The officer’s colleagues reportedly brought the alleged incident forward. Days earlier, officers at another Montreal station were suspended over allegations of racist and hateful conduct toward Black and Arab residents, prompting serious questions about police behaviour.
