EconomyClark calls for lower tariffs and more legal immigration

US Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Suzanne Clark says businesses want greater certainty through faster permitting, more legal immigration, lower tariffs and additional trade agreements to open markets and steady supply chains. She says demand persists, but labor shortages remain, particularly in construction and skilled trades.
