Global financial leaders attended a plenary session in Bangkok for the World Bank’s annual meeting. Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh voiced confidence in the strength of the US economy and surprise that global economies had held up so well amid ongoing energy shocks and tighter monetary policy to curb inflation.
