SocietyThree children and one adult killed in Oregon elementary school shooting

Preliminary information from a law enforcement source says three children and one adult died in a Thursday shooting at an elementary school in Bend, Oregon. Multiple law enforcement sources identified the shooter as a 16-year-old male, who was already shot dead inside the school when police arrived. It is unclear who shot him; police spokesperson Sheila Miller said it “may have been a bystander.”
