> Israel’s army is reportedly preparing to reopen Route 463 to settler traffic, a step that could isolate eight Palestinian villages and two large residential areas in the occupied West Bank and split the Ramallah and el-Bireh Governorate. The plan is part of a settler infrastructure budget, with no reopening date set.
