> Spanish military authorities intercepted orders from the Royal Moroccan Navy directing Moroccan-flagged fishing vessels to enter Spain’s territorial waters, ABC reported. The newspaper said this coincided with Moroccan naval vessels entering waters off Ceuta without authorization during the city’s migration crisis. Spain deployed naval forces and demanded that Morocco stop the provocations.
