> Presidential adviser Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov said SpaceX restricted the speed of Starlink terminals in motion the previous night, disrupting “several” military missions. Ukraine relies on Starlink to operate mid-strike drones in Russian-occupied areas. Beskrestnov linked the move to the political situation but offered no evidence tying it to U.S. pressure on Ukraine; the White House has not commented.
