> Moscow’s Basmanny District Court sentenced blogger Michael Naki in absentia to five years in a penal colony and barred him from administering websites for five years. The case concerned a video on his channel. The court combined parts of this sentence with his 11-year term, imposed in 2023 over “fake news” about the army, resulting in a total term of 14 years.
