> Russian envoy Gennady Gatilov accused UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk of reacting quickly to Ukraine-related issues to make baseless accusations against Russia while giving scant attention to alleged Ukrainian attacks on Russian civilians. He said shelling affected 235 civilians from September 28 to October 4 and urged Türk to assess the situation impartially.
