> Ukraine’s military says Russian forces led civilians—including two women, a child and several men—toward a gas pipeline near Kupiansk, used them as human shields and then fired on them. Ukraine’s 13th Khartia Corps said it would submit evidence for a war-crimes investigation. The Kyiv Independent said it could not independently verify the claim.
