> Plant director Yury Chernichuk described conditions around the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant as stable but extremely tense, with escalation continuing since April. He said repairs to one of two power lines have seen only limited changes and cargo arrives periodically. Ukrainian attacks, he said, hinder safe transport of staff and supplies; nine plant employees have been killed and more than 50 injured since April.
