# Russia’s extra non-oil-and-gas budget revenue forecast to reach 1 trillion rubles in 2026

> Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Russia’s federal budget revenues from oil-and-gas and non-oil-and-gas sectors were running ahead of their 2026 targets. He expects the non-oil-and-gas surplus to reach about 1 trillion rubles, attributing it mainly to strong domestic growth. Such revenues rose 18.8% year on year to 24.2 trillion rubles in January–September.
